Mr. Hitchings was born in Valparaiso, Indiana and was raised in Barrington, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. While enrolled at DePaul, Mr. Hitchings was Web site editor and Executive Editor of Journal of Sports Law and Contemporary Problems.

Mr. Hitchings concentrates his practice on Insurance Defense matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability and workers' complensation.

Mr. Hitchings is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. His professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Sports Lawyers Association.
