Mr. Hemsworth was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Hemsworth's accomplishments at John Marshall include membership on the Review of Intellectual Property Law editorial board, writing a published comment in the Review of Intellectual Property Law, as well as researching and authoring two updates to treatises by Professor Ralph Ruebner.

Mr. Hemsworth concentrates his practice on Insurance Defense matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability and workers' compensation.

Mr. Hemsworth is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. His professional affiliations include the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
