Mr. Baggot was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. During law school, Mr. Baggot served as staff editor for the Journal of Computer and Information Law. Mr. Baggot was also a member of the Dean's List because of his academic achievement at John Marshall.
Mr. Baggot concentrates his practice in all areas of insurance defense including: workers' compensation, automobile negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, bankruptcy, unemployment compensation, garnishments, interpleader and post-judgment proceedings. He also represents insurance companies in coverage matters including actions against insureds for breach of policy terms.
Mr. Baggot is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. His professional affiliations include the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
